• Mitsubishi Outlander to be first new vehicle ever revealed via livestream on Amazon Live
Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. (MMSCAN) today confirmed details for the much-anticipated global debut of the upcoming all-new 2022 Mitsubishi OUTLANDER. In the same way that OUTLANDER will challenge conventions regarding both the brand and the segment, the launch will do the same.
Through a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Amazon, the 2022 OUTLANDER will be the first vehicle ever unveiled on Amazon Live*. The debut will take place on Tuesday, February 16 at 6 p.m. EST.
The reveal will take place on Amazon on Amazon.com/MitsubishiOutlander.
Developed under the ideal “I-Fu-Do-Do,” a Japanese term that means “authentic and majestic,” the all-new Outlander demonstrates strength and quality from the inside out.
The exterior design signals a new direction for Mitsubishi Motors, projecting strength and confidence, while the interior offers an upscale and quiet escape from the outside world.
Rugged and bold, true to Mitsubishi, the 2022 Outlander also debuts an updated version of the company’s rally-proven Super All-Wheel-Control all-wheel-drive system.
With more than four years of development, the all-new OUTLANDER encompasses the latest MITSUBISHI MOTORS’ design, high-quality interior and rally inspired driving performance.
The SUV will be available first in North America (the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico) and sequentially in other markets.
*The 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander can only be purchased through a Mitsubishi Motors dealer partner. Vehicles will not be sold on Amazon.com or any Amazon subsidiary.
