I live in Syracuse, NY and drove to Cornwall to have my car serviced by this dealership. The dealership back in Syracuse gave me a sketchy quote claiming I needed a whole new exhaust system. After going to a local mechanic, they said I actually just needed to replace my exhaust’s manifold. My parents who live in Ontario told me that the dealership quote seemed very high and reached out to the Cornwall dealership about the repair. Dan and his team were VERY helpful, they answered our multiple calls asking about prices, helped us schedule a day to drop the car since I would be traveling over the holidays and making sure it all got done before I had to leave back home. They explained everything to me, even put clamps on my heat shield to keep it from making the rattling sound it was doing (which in the past the older dealership used to make me buy whole new ones). They were kind, helpful, proactive, transparent AND their prices were more fair. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. I will be traveling there next time I need another major repair, they are worth it. Thank you so much Cornwall Mitsu!
